Good hygiene is something that we should already be practicing as part of our daily routine to ensure we reduce the spread of germs.
Germs are usually spread from contact either with unclean surfaces, or from person to person.
Sanitiser is an excellent way to kill germs where washing for 20 seconds or more with soap and warm water is not accessible.

Staying Safe at Home
In this short video, NHS Dumfries & Galloway staff provide some helpful tips about staying safe at home and stopping the spread of germs.
