Work with Us

Hopefully you are reading these pages because you have been successful in your application to work with us and are finding out more about what it is like to be part of NHS D&G. Alternately, you may be thinking about applying to work with us and are doing additional research – well done, we love this interest. Whatever the reason, or part of the journey you are on, I would like to on behalf of NHS D&G and all our Health and Social Care Partners, welcome you (and your family) particularly if you are moving in from out of the area.

Starting a new role can be daunting, however we pride ourselves on being an inclusive, welcoming and friendly team in this wonderful part of the world. I hope that, when working with us, you will take the opportunity to develop your skills, build lasting relationships, engage with local and national projects that will see our services improve or just take the time to make some good friends and enjoy your role.

Our teams are spread out over a large geographical area, but I hope that it’s not too long before our paths cross and I can say hello in person.
