Staff Equality Networks are recognised as important in driving meaningful change and making a difference, as well as empowering people with the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.

We know that when staff feel supported and happy at work, this has a positive impact on colleagues, creates more productive teams and ultimately improves patient care.

We’re committed to supporting our Staff Equality Networks as they contribute to creating a more inclusive organisation and addressing challenges for all under-represented and disadvantaged groups and individuals within our organisation.
