Register of Board Members Interests
Board members of devolved public bodies are required by the Regulations to give the ‘Standards Officer’ notice of their interests.
The Register must state:
- the name of the board member;
- their interests which fall within the categories listed below and as set out in the member’s code of conduct; and
- if they have nothing to register they must record that fact under each applicable category.
