PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS LETTER.
Instead, if you have received this letter mistakenly saying you have not received your first vaccination please phone the national helpline on 0800 030 8013.
This will help the national COVID-19 appointing service ensure that your central record is up-to-date and help ensure your second appointment takes place as planned.
The national service apologises to anyone who has received this letter.
